Diana's Story

Diana’s professional journey began in education, where she spent over eight years teaching children and experiencing diverse learning environments. There, she witnessed firsthand how confidence, emotional stability, and clarity do not emerge by chance; they are cultivated intentionally through structure.

That principle became the foundation of everything she builds.

She founded The Makazi Foundation to deliver psychosocial support, holistic education, and vocational skills training to vulnerable youth across Malawi. What began as a local initiative has grown into a structured empowerment model mobilizing over 90 volunteers and reaching thousands of beneficiaries across multiple communities.

Alongside her nonprofit leadership, Diana established Data-Driven Creativity; a boutique brand strategy consultancy designed to correct a common imbalance in business: visibility without identity. Through psychological audience mapping and disciplined positioning frameworks, she helps founders convert intention into coherent authority systems.

Through AMANDLA., her leadership coaching company, she develops individuals and teams into self-governing leaders capable of thinking clearly under pressure and executing with long-term discipline.

Across sectors, her approach remains consistent: Clarity precedes scale, structure sustains power and empowerment must extend beyond the individual.
