The Makazi Foundation

As Founder and Executive Director of The Makazi Foundation, I lead a national vision to reach all 28 districts of Malawi with structured psychosocial support, holistic education, and vocational skills training.

Our aim is not to deliver temporary relief. We are committed to building generational protection from poverty.

My work operates across multiple levels of empowerment.

Inspired by the fearless Dahomey warrior women from Benin, House of Ajani translates disciplined strength into modern refinement through beauty, fashion, and structured self-expression.

Our mission is to help women express the highest forms of themselves with unwavering confidence.

About Diana

I am a marketer by discipline and a builder by conviction.

I founded The Makazi Foundation, mobilizing over 90 volunteers and reaching more than 2,800 youth with integrated empowerment programming rooted in psychosocial resilience, education, and skills training.

Through Data-Driven Creativity, I have partnered with 30+ founders and SMEs to build psychologically aligned brand identities and strategies that convert clarity into measurable growth.

As a YALI Civic Leadership alumna, ICF-trained Coach and World Food Forum Youth Representative at FAO Headquarters, I operate at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and structural impact.
